... castello di vicarello in tuscany. with only seven suites and villas, this italian hideaway is complete with a natural spa, fresh water pools, vineyards, olive groves, and a kitchen that is always open. you could even take an impromptu course on how to make homemade pasta. pinch me now...!

... the island of gotland has got me dreaming... again! (remember this perfect little bay window a while back?) this time around is a cozy restaurant with lodging suites called strykjarnet crêperie & logi. grey sheepskin, sigh...

... an old garage turned stylish boat shed by the loing in seine-et-marne, france. i can definitely spend a weekend there with just candles + hurricane lamps...

... a greek island hideaway. i've always loved this house by italian designer, paola navone (her porcelain utensil jars are my kitchen stables by the way!). lots of her objects were found at athens flea markets + bazaars. the painted "rugs" are brilliant, don't you think?
